1. Digital Products & Services
- All our courses, coaching sessions, and services are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or our learning platform.
- Since digital content cannot be “returned,” refunds are subject to specific conditions.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation before the course access details are delivered.
- Once login credentials, recordings, or live class links are shared, cancellation is not possible.
3. Refund Policy
- Full refund is available if:
- Payment was deducted but you did not receive course access.
- Technical error caused duplicate payment.
- No refund is applicable if:
- Live classes have already started.
- You miss classes due to personal reasons.
- You are dissatisfied but the promised service has been delivered.
