1. Digital Products & Services

  • All our courses, coaching sessions, and services are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or our learning platform.
  • Since digital content cannot be “returned,” refunds are subject to specific conditions.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation before the course access details are delivered.
  • Once login credentials, recordings, or live class links are shared, cancellation is not possible.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full refund is available if:
    • Payment was deducted but you did not receive course access.
    • Technical error caused duplicate payment.
  • No refund is applicable if:
    • Live classes have already started.
    • You miss classes due to personal reasons.
    • You are dissatisfied but the promised service has been delivered.
